From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel at home. The King Studio was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals. Be sure to enjoy the complimentary breakfast—don’t miss those delicious waffles! I highly recommend this place for families!

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We visited the Promenade Shops at Centerra and hit the gym. The spacious suite was a real plus, and we enjoyed quiet nights. The breakfast was solid, and staff were friendly. Definitely recommend for group trips!

One downside was the beds. they felt a bit worn out and could use replacing.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and indoor pool. The staff even helped me find tasty food on my first stay. I’m definitely coming back for another city trip!

the residence inn had a great atmosphere. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help! we enjoyed the variety of options at breakfast, and the coffee bar was absolutely loved by my daughter and me. the indoor pool and hot tub were nice amenities, too.

The staff were incredibly accommodating during our stay making us feel welcome right away the breakfast options exceeded our expectations with a good variety including healthy choices. The coffee bar area was a highlight for my family providing an inviting space for us to relax and enjoy together.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed offered a good size, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and consistently helpful, and common areas were clean. Breakfast had ample options, including coffee, which my daughter and I appreciated. However, the pool area needed better maintenance, and some common facilities showed signs of wear, which detracted from our stay.

I enjoyed my stay with a comfy bed, a lovely breakfast spread, and the clean, spacious room. I would definitely stay here again despite some minor issues.

Housekeeping during our 11-night stay was subpar, cleaning the room only once after we inquired, leaving us to rely on taking our own towels from the maid cart. The pool clearly needed scrubbing and was consistently dirty, with pool towels often unavailable. We faced issues with the BBQ grill running out of gas mid-use, and the toilet in our room emitted an annoying whistling noise every time it was flushed. Additionally, the air conditioning unit had a tendency to make strange clanging noises that were disruptive at night. Fresh fruit at breakfast was disappointing, and we noticed odor from smoke despite being on a non-smoking floor.

I stayed in a Two-Bedroom Suite and was amazed by how roomy it was! The full kitchen made me feel right at home, and my family appreciated having two bathrooms. Plus, the breakfast options were absolutely delicious, with made-to-order waffles and hearty choices to kickstart our day!
